I decided to launch my own Home Styling and Staging business following 4 years of running and managing my 2 HMO properties. Originally from New York, my early career experience has been within Graphic / Web design in Marketing departments for Financial companies in Manhattan and then later, Healthcare recruitment in London. I sought a career in property after moving down to the South coast in 2007. I have a strong design background and a fair hand at DIY. At first I was flipping properties, fixing them up and selling them off. Then decided to keep my properties and manage them as HMOs. My HMOs are now self-run by long standing lead tenants. Within those 4 years I challenged and improved my skills, giving me my abilities in a role where my contribution would make a real impact.  With that experience, I decided to progress in the Property industry and do what I love best, Home Styling and Staging. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, visiting my daughter in London and watching my son (the next Rolando) play football at his academy training sessions.
